First time clients must sign a liability waiver on their first visit to the studio, relevant to all services for which the initial appointment was booked. For return clients booking new services, additional waivers may be required before those services can be performed. Refusal to sign the required waiver(s) will result in the appointment being cancelled, as we are not able to perform services without having a signed liability waiver on file.
First time clients should plan to arrive roughly 10-15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. This will allow enough time to fill out paperwork and ask questions before the appointment begins.
Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance via the appointment link through Square. Appointment reminders are sent to the cellphone and email address listed on your client profile and the provided link allows for appointment changes such as canceling or rescheduling.
All late cancellations are subject to a $25-$50 late cancellation fee. This fee must be paid before booking the next appointment.
For clients with two late cancellations, non-refundable prepayment will be required for all future services. Three late cancellations will result in permanent removal from the client list.
A credit card must be on file in order to book appointments and will be used for all applicable fees. Lockett Lash Studio accepts any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo.
Lash Touch ups can only be scheduled from the artist and are not available for first time clients.
Fills are required for maintenance and can range anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on desired style. First time clients must schedule the first fill 2 weeks after application in order to create a customized maintenance schedule. 40% or more of extensions remaining is considered a proper fill. If there are less than 40% of extensions remaining, then you are subject to pay full set price to reapply.
Clients must arrive with clean lashes or will be subject to a $15 cleaning fee and the service time will be adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time. The full cost of the service still applies.
Our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker.
No animals or pets shall be allowed in a salon, except for trained animals to assist the hearing impaired, visually impaired, or the physically disabled
We aim to maintain a healthy environment. We ask that if you are sick (which includes a cold, a fever, the flu, etc.) have the onset of symptoms of an illness or have been around someone who is sick that you reschedule your appointment. If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment, for the health of our employees and clients. Hand sanitizer and Disposable masks are available at the entrance. Please sanitize hands and wear the available mask.
Please have cell phones on vibrate or silent during appointment time, or refrain from using unless necessary. This is so we can maintain a comfortable environment with limited distractions.
Parking is available behind the salon.
Clients are expected to arrive on time for all booked appointments. Clients who arrive up to 10 minutes late for their appointments will have their services adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time. The full cost of the services will still apply.
Clients who cannot be reached after 10 minutes into their scheduled appointment time are subject to the late cancellation policy, and the appointment needs rescheduled.
Clients who fail to show for an appointment without prior notice or cancellation, are subject to a no-show fee of 50% of the services and will be permanently removed from the client list. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Product refunds will only be given for defective products. Lockett Lash Studio does not offer refunds on services rendered. However, we do have a 3-day touch-up policy on lash services when issues arise due to technician or product error. This policy is upheld at the discretion and approval of the studio manager.
